May 25, 2026 — A complete ship launching project was successfully accomplished at a professional overseas shipyard in Southeast Asia on May 18, 2026, adopting our factory’s high-performance reinforced marine airbags. The whole launching operation was completed safely, stably and efficiently, marking another successful overseas engineering case for our marine inflatable products and further consolidating our brand influence in the global shipbuilding and marine engineering industry.
Ship launching is one of the most critical and high-risk procedures in shipbuilding projects. Traditional fixed slipway launching and heavy crane launching require high infrastructure investment, long preparation cycles and strict site restrictions, which greatly increase the overall construction cost for shipyard enterprises. To pursue a more economical, flexible and safer launching solution, the overseas client finally selected our standard heavy-duty marine airbags after comparing multiple suppliers and conducting strict product performance tests.
All marine airbags applied in this project adopt multi-layer synthetic rubber and tire cord reinforcement technology, with integrated hot vulcanization molding craft. Different from ordinary thin-layer airbags, our products feature ultra-high air tightness, strong pressure resistance, excellent seawater corrosion resistance and outstanding abrasion resistance. The airbags can adapt to harsh working environments such as uneven ground, tidal water fluctuation and long-term outdoor exposure, fully meeting international ship launching standards and marine engineering safety specifications.
During the on-site construction, the engineering team arranged dozens of customized large-size marine airbags evenly under the hull of the newly built bulk carrier. By precisely controlling the inflation speed and internal pressure of each airbag, the entire ship body achieved uniform bearing and steady lifting. With gradual pressure adjustment and cooperative traction, the vessel smoothly slid into the seawater along the launching slope. The whole process maintained stable pressure output without air leakage, deformation, hull vibration or structural damage.
Compared with traditional launching methods, the airbag launching solution brought remarkable advantages for this overseas project. It completely does not require fixed slipway infrastructure, greatly saves the client’s early investment in site transformation and equipment rental. Meanwhile, the deflatable and foldable design of marine airbags realizes convenient transportation, repeated use and low maintenance cost, effectively helping the client shorten the construction cycle and improve project efficiency.
The overseas client spoke highly of our product quality and professional service. They stated that our marine airbags delivered stable bearing performance, high safety coefficient and extremely high cost performance in the actual ship launching operation, which fully met their strict engineering requirements. Reliable product quality and credible after-sales technical support have laid a solid foundation for further long-term cooperative relations.
At present, our series of marine airbags, buoyancy bags and water weight bags have been widely exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and other regions, serving numerous international shipyards, marine salvage companies and offshore engineering contractors. In the future, we will continue to optimize product materials and production technology, strictly control every production detail, and provide more standardized, safer and more efficient marine inflatable solutions for global customers.
