May 25, 2026 — A key underwater salvage and pipeline restoration project was fully completed at an overseas coastal engineering site in Southeast Asia on May 19, 2026. Our exported high-strength PVC buoyancy bags, also known as underwater lift bags, were applied as the core underwater lifting equipment, achieving safe, stable and efficient underwater floating and recovery operations. This successful overseas case further demonstrates the reliable quality and global applicability of our marine inflatable products.


Underwater lifting and salvage operations have always been high-difficulty and high-risk links in marine engineering. Traditional underwater hoisting relies heavily on large floating cranes, which involve high rental costs, complex scheduling and strict site limitations. In addition, rigid lifting equipment is likely to cause impact damage to underwater pipelines, sunken facilities and seabed structures. All buoyancy bags used in this overseas project adoptindustrial thick PVC coated polyester fabric with high-frequency seamless welding technology. Different from ordinary low-strength fabric products, our PVC material features excellent seawater corrosion resistance, ultra abrasion resistance and anti-aging performance. It can resist long-term immersion in saltwater, strong sea current impact and outdoor ultraviolet exposure, maintaining stable air tightness and lifting performance in complex and harsh underwater environments. Each bag is equipped with professional air control valves and reinforced galvanized steel lifting points, meeting international marine engineering safety standards.


During the on-site operation, the construction team deployed multiple specification PVC underwater lift bags around the sunken subsea pipeline and underwater heavy equipment. The divers accurately adjusted the internal air volume of the buoyancy bags step by step, realizing slow, uniform and controllable buoyancy lifting. The entire floating process was stable without sudden buoyancy surge, air leakage or bag deformation. It effectively avoided secondary damage to the underwater facilities and ensured the precision of underwater resetting and installation work. Finally, all sunken equipment and pipeline sections were successfully recovered and positioned in place.
