Underwater Lift Bags are flexible buoyancy devices engineered for controlled lifting, flotation assistance, stabilization, and underwater positioning of submerged loads. The system converts compressed air into adjustable positive buoyancy by displacing surrounding water, thereby reducing the effective submerged weight of equipment, structures, pipelines, fabricated components, and marine assemblies.

Unlike fixed rigid lifting structures, the flexible configuration can be deployed around irregular loads and adjusted according to the lifting requirements of different underwater operations. The lifting body consists of high-strength synthetic reinforcement fabric combined with a durable rubber or elastomeric coating for superior performance in marine environments.
