Boat Lift Helper is a high-performance marine lifting solution designed to assist in the safe and efficient raising, positioning, and stabilization of vessels in water. Developed for shipyards, marinas, offshore engineering projects, and underwater salvage operations, this system provides controlled buoyancy and lifting force to support a wide range of vessel sizes and structural loads.
Constructed from premium heavy-duty reinforced PVC-coated fabric, the Boat Lift Helper offers exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion, UV radiation, and harsh marine environments. The material structure ensures high tensile strength and long service life even under repeated heavy-load operations. Its cylindrical structure enables uniform buoyancy distribution, allowing operators to stabilize vessels during lifting, maintenance, or relocation procedures.
Boat Lift Helper systems are available in multiple lifting capacities ranging from small craft support to large marine vessels. The system can be easily deployed underwater and connected to lifting points, enabling controlled inflation to generate buoyant lifting force. This design allows for efficient boat launching, underwater lifting, hull maintenance support, and emergency vessel recovery.
A medium-sized shipyard in Southeast Asia faced a challenging situation when a 28-meter steel fishing vessel partially sank during a storm while docked near the repair berth. The vessel weighed approximately 120 tons and settled unevenly on the seabed at a depth of around 6 meters, making conventional crane recovery difficult and risky.
The shipyard deployed multiple Boat Lift Helper units around the hull structure. Divers attached the lifting systems at reinforced lifting points along both sides of the vessel. Once the units were positioned, controlled inflation was performed to gradually generate buoyancy.
The lifting process was carefully monitored to maintain balance and prevent structural stress on the vessel. As buoyancy increased, the boat slowly lifted from the seabed and returned to a stable floating position. The entire operation was completed within one working day.
By using Boat Lift Helper systems, the shipyard avoided the need for large floating cranes and reduced recovery costs by more than 40%. The controlled lifting process also minimized further damage to the vessel structure.
